From my heart to yours.
I’m a bit of a “Renaissance Woman” in a way. A quirky combination of culinary fairy, house whisperer, life doula, gypsy artist and spiritual seeker to name a few. As a child I felt most at home in my quiet play of tending and tinkering, crafting and coloring, making forts and finding treasures in nature. Not much has changed really. I still love coloring books and all things earthy and cozy. I still love to nurture life and create beauty and balance wherever I go.
In addition to my almost 18 years as a Personal Chef I have spent the past two decades studying and creatively practicing many forms of healing and transformative arts; Massage Therapy, Mindfulness and Buddhism, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Feng Shui, Intuition, Art Therapy and Energy Medicine. All of which inform my creative work in the world. Whether I am preparing a nourishing meal, performing a house healing ritual, organizing a closet or selecting a new paint color for a bathroom my wish is to bring greater ease and wellbeing to the lives and homes of my clients.
